- The client provides a NP Tracker that at least includes:
- Date Seen
- Apt Made
- PT Name
- Dr. Name
- TC Name
- Referral Source
- TX Presented
- TX Completed
- TX Scheduled
- Total TX
- Recare/Recall
Accurate Monthly Budget.
- This can be found in the SMC app
Create ROI Formula Sheet.
- Create ROI formula sheet for client
- Copy existing spreadsheet into a new sheet and replace data
Existing Client
Update Tracker Every 10 Days.
- Client must be updating the tracker at least every 10 days with all the required information
- If client isn’t updating:
- Contact Coach/Account Manager who recently spoke to or has an upcoming meeting scheduled with the client
- Ask for updated NP Tracker or train on how to update the NP Tracker

- Conditional formatting in flagged account sheet automatically highlights the cell red
- Add any internal or marketing reasons for underperformance in notes section of Flagged Accounts Sheet
- Double check that numbers match up and make sense
- Dig into trackers of why performance may be down
- Leads vs PTD?

- Recare Rate?
- Inform Coaching, Social, Ads, Phones, or Client Internally if any account changes are needed to get ROI back to 3 or above
